Maybe your body needed water at that moment, not food. This is the essential element of fast weight loss. Let the first thing you do in the morning be drinking a glass of water.
2. Second tip – Don’t hurry
Eat and chew the food very slowly. This way you will feel faster that your stomach is full. Enjoy every bite.

Eat for breakfast (not only) organic food, that contains a lot of water. Such as: tomatoes, grapes, watermelons, kiwi etc. Eating it you will satisfy hunger adding less pounds to your weight, because that kind of food consist mainly of water. As you can so far, fat burning is not a myth.
4. Fourth tip – some activity
Of course I’m not telling you to sign up for a gym right away. It means only to speed up your heart rate and hasten your metabolism this way. You can walk your dog out or go for a bicycle ride with your friends. 30 minutes of such activity daily will certainly do you good. And remember not to make any breaks, this will keep an optimal level in your fast weight loss.

Try to take control over yourself and limit at least some amount of daily nourishments. Control what and how much you eat. Set up a plan and realize it. Start with small steps, i.e. today limit your food by 1 percent, tomorrow by 2%, until for example you reach 10-15 %. As you can see there is nothing complicated in it. While going on diet we often we put aside our favorite snacks and nourishments. It’s a big mistake, that will easily incite our motivation to diet. Instead learn to make the shopping smart: buy one, freshly baked roll instead a full box, small package of different chocolates by weight instead huge package. The secret of successful diet and weight loss lies in moderation.
4. Fourth secret of an effective diet: eat many mini-meals daily
Eating less calories than you need to burn – means you will lose weight. However, if you should be hungry all the time, limitation of calories might be one great challenge. If you count your daily energy needs during diet its best to split the calories needed on 5 mini-meals or 3 meals and 2 snacks. Season every meal – preferably with spicy ones, that help with digestion. Eating a meal full of flavor will not only be a pleasure, it can also speed up the feeling of satiety.
