Fat burning diet - lose weight by eating.
Fat burning diet is a diet that helps you to lose weight in a healthy way and without starving. This diet contains carbohydrates, proteins and fats but in a proper amount. It helps your body to burn fat maximally and also provides enough calories so your metabolism will be at a proper level.
You should eat breakfast, second breakfast and dinner. If you need you can eat some additional small meal.
Example of fat burning diet:
Breakfast
Muesli with apple and hazelnuts:
- 2 spoons of oatmeal
- half litter of skim milk
- 2 spoons of condensed milk
- juice from half a lemon
- several chopped hazelnuts
- one apple - grate it
Put it all in the bowl except hazelnuts and mix it. Garnish with chopped hazelnuts.
Second breakfast
Red pepper soup with croutons:
- 2 red peppers chopped in small but not very small pieces.
- 1 chili pepper – remove seeds
- garlic (2)
- 2 spoons of olive oil
- 300g of tomatoes
- 400 ml of vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- croutons
You can put it to water and boil or you can put it to oven for 45 min with 200 degrees. After that put it to other pot, add vegetable broth, boil and ready. Don’t forget to add croutons at the end.
Dinner
Turkey breast with red potatoes:
- one turkey breast
- 400 grams of red potatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- honey
- black pepper
- parsley
Mix olive oil, honey, pepper and parsley in a small bowl. Use it then to baste turkey breast and potatoes. Put turkey breast and potatoes in a baking dish. Bake covered for 30 minute then remove cover and bake for another 15 minutes or more depends how you like it.
Additional meal
Backed bananas in rum:
- 2 big bananas
- orange juice from 1 orange
- a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1 spoon of butter
- 1 spoon of brown sugar
- 2 spoons of rum (dark)
- yogurt
Chop bananas in big long pieces and put them in a baking dish. To other pot pour orange juice. Add butter sugar and worm it until sugar will be dissolved. Pour rum and mix it. You got a syrup.
Now pour this syrup to baking dish where you put your banana pieces. Back it for 15 minutes in 180 degrees.
Serve it hot with yogurt.
