Water

Even few nuts per day can supply your organism with not-saturated fat acids which regulate metabolism and help burn fat. They also lower the amount of bad cholesterol in our blood. Another good thing about nuts is that they are full of vitamins and minerals like magnesium and potassium.

When you digest proteins your body emits more heat then with the other substances - fat and carbohydrates. So when you burn proteins you burn more calories then you do while eating other substances.
