Fat burning soup - the esiest way to burn fat.
There are many ways to burn fat but fat burning soup is probably the easiest one.
You just have to prepare it, eat and that’s it. Isn’t it great?
Ingredients:
- small tomato concentrate can
- 3 glasses if water
- 1 head cabbage
- 3 big onions
- 1 celery
- 1 leek
- 2 peppers
- salt, pepper
- curry
- basil
- parsley
Chop vegetables on small pieces. Place them into large pot with water that covers vegetables. Boil it fast for 10 minutes. After that add tomato concentrate and boil slowly until vegetables are tender.
Eat this soup whenever you like, whenever you are hungry. You will burn as much fat as much soup you eat.
Off course there can be a different kind of ingredients in that but the most important is that it should not contain fats so you will burn your own fat, not the one that is in the soup.
Example 7 days of diet based on fat burning soup:
Day 1:
Eat all fruits except bananas. Eat only fruits and soup. Drink still water and low sugar juice.
Day 2:
No fruits that day. Instead of fruits eat vegetables. Eat soup as much as you want. You can eat 4-5 boiled potatoes.
Day 3:
No potatoes and bananas that day. Eat fruits, vegetables and soup. At the and of the day you should lose even 3 kilograms (6,6 pounds) after these 3 days.
Day 4:
Eat fruits. Drink water and soup. You can drink also buttermilk or just milk.
Day 5:
No fruits. Eat vegetables. Drink 8 glasses of water. Eat soup at least one time.
Day 6:
No potatoes. Drink milk or buttermilk and eat fruits. Eat soup at least one time.
Day 7:
Eat vegetables. Drink juice without sugar. Eat soup at least one time. If you haven’t been cheating you should lose even 8 kilograms (17,6 pounds).
Remember:
Don’t drink alcohol during this diet. Don’t eat bread and don't drink sparkling water. Drink still water, juice without sugar, tea or coffee but without sugar.
