What else could you do to increase your chances for flat stomach?

- Try not to salt your meals that much.

- Eat wholemeal bread instead of normal white bread. It's because white bread is full of carbohydrates.

- Drink lot of mineral water (2 liters (0,5 gallons) a day). It will help to get rid of toxins from your body and will stop your appetite because it will fill up your stomach.

- Try not to drink lot of coffee and alcohol. It leads to increase amount of stress hormone in your blood which could lead to fat being stored over your belly.

- Remove the food that is causing the stomach gas. Because of them your stomach is bigger then normally. How to do this? Don't eat legumes vegetables like bean or pea, don't eat sweets or fruits after main meals. At least wait for an hour before you do it. Drink some herbal tea's and try to eat slower.

Breakfast:

- tomatoes with onion
- green tea

Second breakfast
- fruit salad : peaches, apples, bananas

- 3 spoons of porridge

Afternoon snack:
- low fat cottage cheese with olives

Supper:
- fish cooked in aluminum foil
- rice
- salad with cabbage and apples

You don't have to exercise a lot, 30 minutes a day will do the job for most people. You could do the running, swimming and even walking (you could do that while you go to work).
